I've tried going three times. Each time they say their card reader is broken and they need cash. Lately they've been saying they can only do 30 minute massages instead of an hour. Whe. You walk in you can hear they're watching TV and there are no other customers around. The service used to be great but has completely dropped over the last year. I guess they don't want our money?
Usually it’s somewhat relaxing getting a massage… here are the negatives: - staff looks unhappy as you walk in - pay upfront?? I understand - if I had a choice I wouldn’t have paid $60 for the massage I got - extremely hard massage tables, super uncomfortable - 60 minutes of non existent pressure with almost zero lotion I just moved to the area and was looking for a good massage place… I’ll never be back to this one.
Warning about business practices! I tried to do a walk in. They were available and I told the I wanted 60min. They said ok but then went on a rant about a mandatory 25% tip even saying "we aren't a restaurant its hard work." I said sure that was no problem for me bc the 60min massage is only $60 so a $15 tip is more than fair. I was ready to go in but then they wanted me to pay the full amount first. RED ALERT!!! I have had a ton of massages and NEVER had to pay ahead of time. I walked right out!!! What kind of place has a massage therapist that worries someone won't pay?!?! One that has questionable practice. Beware!
The lady said "we don't do foot massage" which is half of the service that they advertised on their wall. She even recommended me to go to that other place near which was actually awesome. For a second I wanted to stay there but she was trying to charge me up front and I know that is never a good sign of service when they want to charge AND ask you for tips before the service is performed
First time I went with a girl- friend for a couples massage. The ladies were very nice. They had a candy dish and gave us each a full bottle of water☺️. 👍🏻 She asked the pressure I preffered for the massage, medium or hard. I feel great after and want to go back.
